职业描述

1) Fabric/Sample Development
To identify and develop fabric and monitor sample production to meet buyer and customer requirement.
2) Costing
Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs and being sent to customer properly.
3) Order Placement
Facilitate price negotiation process during buyer’s trip and conduct production planning.
4) Order Tracking
Involved in each critical stage throughout the order tracking process from fabric/yarn supply, pre-production preparation to production process tracking and to make sure each step is properly implemented. Negotiate with factories on major changes. Diagnose production problems and work with factory to present viable alternatives to both buyers and local manager.
5) Reporting
Prepare merchandising related reports to DMM when required.
6) People Management
Ensure the task performance of junior is adequate and establish a good work relationship with the junior.
